1. Services
We provide web development, e-commerce, branding, SEO, digital marketing, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or quotation.
2. Quotes & Payments
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- An advance deposit may be required before work begins.
- Invoices are payable within the timeline specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur a service fee.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely content, feedback, and approvals, and to ensure that any material you supply does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables specific to your project.
- We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and components used in development.
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions & Scope Changes
Each engagement includes the revision rounds specified in the proposal. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
6. Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payment, analytics, plugins). We are not responsible for outages, pricing, or policy changes by those providers.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for fees due for work completed up to the termination date.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Banke, Nepal, unless otherwise agreed.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
